Wall-E Revisited

First of all, I want to mention that I disabled the block on anonymous comments. So if you've been wanting to comment and have had it blocked, you can do it now. Just remember, if its not appropriate (my decision), I'll delete it. "So play nice." (Name that Disney movie!)

So we went to see Wall-E finally last night. It was so cute. You should really see it if you haven't had the chance yet. One of the things I loved is the lack of talking (robots can't talk after all) created a lot of situations for pantimime. What's so amazing is that the artists could actually animated with such a degree of detail that it was the same as if Wall-E were a real robot. Very cool.

Speaking of which, we met a talking recycling bin outside of the movie theater after we got our tickets. It was talking to a little girl, and then turned around and came right over and started talking to us. It asked if we were cast members, and so of course we said yes, really surprised-like. We realized later we still had our IDs around our necks from getting off the bus. Anyway, it was really cute, and really cool too.

I also got to try a Wetzel's Pretzel for the first time. I won't be able to look at regular pretzel the same way again. Wow. Talk about amazing. I got it dipped in this almond crumb topping, it was so amazing. And really fresh. I was just... wow. Yummy.

Honestly, my favorite part of the whole night was the short at the beginning of the movie. I was laughing so hard I cried. I actually had to take my glasses off so I could wipe my eyes and see the rest of the cartoon. It was great.

Anyway, that's it for me for now. Have a magical day everyone!
